I don't think Murray is a short term patch job like all of the past Viking examples. He is good enough to be a longer term solution at QB1. Goff and Mayfield became markedly better when supported by some outstanding offensive weapons. I think Murray is as good as Goff and Mayfield.
I don’t know about putting Murray ahead of Bradford in tangible skills. I know Murray is obviously a better runner and overall athlete, especially at that point in Bradford’s career, but Bradford was one of the best throwers of the football that I’ve ever seen.
Yep, I suppose I was swayed by Murray's overall athleticism, Matt. You're right that Sam had a bonkers arm. There wasn't a throw he couldn't make. But he was so damn immobile.
