IMHO KOC will do what he always does…. Him. So, he won’t commit away from JJ. and sign the future. It will be a vet that pushes but doesn’t take.

Much to consider. I probably only think this because we’ve seen more Kirk years with KOC than anybody else, but I’ve always felt like the intermediate range is the biggest thing in KOC’s offense. Obviously, you’ll take it if the guy is also great on deep shots, but I think the intermediate range is their bread and butter. Would love the idea of going all in on Malik despite the sample size, but that is probably just the “door number 2” part of my fan brain. Mac Jones makes the most sense system wise to me, so would guess they overpay to get him given the pressure that is on KOC. Murray probably makes the most sense overall if you can get him for no picks and vet minimum salary, which I think is what people have been saying. Geno would be my third choice probably, but the under center thing gives me a little pause there. I didn’t watch more than five snaps of raider football last year so not sure he isn’t cooked. Kirk is pretty well cooked from what I saw.

I can’t believe it’s 2026 and I’m hoping we overpay in money to get Malik Willis, as opposed to overpaying in draft capital to get Mac Jones.
