Glad I'm not the only one to feel @Zenkid's sense of "blah" with the off-season so far. I just don't have much excitement moving into the season. I think they'll do fine, not great. And I don't have any great hopes they'll improve tremendously after that. Feels like much of the same. Wash, rinse, repeat. I don't recall which pod it was, but it was an excellent point made about the likelihood of teams stuck in the middling range to ever become good vs bad teams becoming elite teams. I'd never heard that before, but it was kind of depressing. What a tough vortex to get out of.
Also, I don't know how to look this up, but does anyone know if Mahommes has ever played at U.S. Bank Stadium? Just curious.
Mahomes hasn't played against the Vikings yet. They were supposed to play him in 2019 in Kansas City but he got hurt before the game and Matt Moore started. It'll be his first trip to US Bank Stadium... and I totally feel ya on the offseason
