The PFF situation is sad. Hopefully those people who got laid off land somewhere else or are able to just start their own thing. I am skeptical that Rob will be able to trade down all that much in this draft, especially in the first round. Just don’t see anybody likely to be in that spot that a team would draft significant capital to go get. And I’m sure in the back of his mind he’ll have the Kwesi criticisms about not getting enough return on the trade downs. Maybe there is a tackle there someone wants, but seems like a round 2 trade down is more likely. I really didn’t like the Washington Jr tape. Seems like he is fast and doesn’t really offer much else. Give me Jonah Coleman over him any day of the week.
There is usually someone willing to make a stupid trade--it was a surprise last year when ATL traded up and now the Rams have the 13th pick. Hopefully there is someone similarly dumb/suffering from moral hazard this year, and Brzezinski can capitalize. It would be lovely for the Vikings to be on the right side of one of these, for a change.
That's the hope. Absent getting a no. 1 one next year, the plan should be being open for business at an appropriate ROI, while recognizing the risk in moving well back. Vikings fans understandably focus on KAM's muck-ups with the Turner fiasco, but the pick Houston traded eventually became Brian Thomas Jr. He would look pretty good with a bull skull on his helmet right now.
The first Kirk contract was justifiable. The second was malpractice.
The Atlanta Kirk contract was laughable. Old man and torn Achilles. But I was happy they didn’t commit to him yet again.

What happened at PFF?
They sold the company and a bunch of people got laid off. Check the Mic guys have a pretty good discussion on it on their show.
That’s too bad, I liked their content even though I didn’t always agree with it
