Not with a 50 ft longboat oar. He's like Cousins. Really expensive with moderate success overall which hamstrings you for any future.

Just say no....

Cap space

Salary cap

he was not so dominant last year 75.6 PFF and will be a year older. Redmond was a 72.7

The dip in production last year would scare me, but I can talk myself into it if they are actually going to move on from Greenard. Get a high third for a Greenard from somebody give up a 2 for Lawrence, and I can squint and make it work. I’d rather pay Lawrence than Greenard.

A round of applause for the comments today.

Aside from losing needed draft capital and burning future cap dollars (the KAM Experience), the aging curve for pass rushing DTs is scary--whereas the Pat Williamses and Teddy Washingtons can play forever.

It ain't hard hard to understand which teams spend lavishly in UFA, why they are doing so, and which players make it to UFA. I'm happy for the extended Linderbaum family, but paying the ~3rd best C the rate for a primo LT is not something to envy.

Pass… draft young, economical new blood

They can probably get MacDonald from OSU in this years draft. Less expensive and more long term upside.

I don't know enough about next year's cap space but I sure wouldn't want him to end up in the Central especially in GB with Parsons

Please don't trade for Dexter Lawrence. Keep the draft picks and develop the D-Line.

WFAN is speculating about his weight -- somebody on the station called him "the blob" today. Could be another Albert Haynesworth situation. If he doesn't want to play for Harbaugh . . run, run, run away . . .
