My favorite play of the night was when Rush hit his receiver between the vikings safeties Smith and Woods and it looked like Harrison Smith was blocking for the receiver. It looked like the Keystone Cops. (Older fans will know who the Keystone Cops were.)
A disappointing game from the Vikings offense and defense squads. The next three games won't be any easier. Games at Baltimore and the Chargers and then the Packers come to town.
Wow, what a pathetic performance! If there was any question if Zimmer got the best out of his players, it’s been answered. How can the OC, QB, RB, WR1, and OL, all have horrible games at the same time? Also, is there a worse end of game defense in the league? The owners better get off their butts and try to save this team starting with showing Zimmer the door. Their patience is no longer a virtue. In the short term, it’s time to bench Badbury and Udoh. I have a hard time believing Davis and Cole won’t be an improvement. Might as well see what they’ve got.
16 pts with this offense?? What the hell. Should have been up 17 to 3 at half. Just more of the same, can't run ball, get pressured up middle, Cousins checks down all the time with safety's back. Terrible clock management, bad lapses on defense, one of Cousins 3 guarenteed bad games for a year, play down to a team with backup QB.
