I feel like I'm going to parrot what you just said, Matthew, but this article hits me in a special place today. We just got home on Tuesday after doing a college visit with my son at Purdue University. He wants to study AAE. After our day-long tour and information sessions on Monday, I came away absolutely in awe of the students we met and the rigor of the program. We toured the various engineering labs and facilities, saw the "toys" they get to "play" with as they study and learn. Students explained the classes in the program (for instance: Signal Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics, Thermal Sciences, Aerospace Propulsion, Dynamics And Vibrations... all of which are only junior level classes) and I walked away excited, intimidated, and my mom-heart a bit overwhelmed. I'm not gonna lie. Yep, I'm absolutely a proud mama. It's what moms do. We can't help it.
But to think Dobbs did it with a 4.0 AND played D1 football???? Mind blown. I didn't know and still find it hard to believe that it's humanly possible. We are only getting started on my son's journey, and it's a lot to take in. But my son doesn't play football. I'll have a fun time following Dobbs' career from now on, regardless of his future with the Vikings.

Question: Why do the Vikings seem to have an ongoing and season long problem scoring TDs in the “Low Red”? Time after time, game after game, with first and goal we have a delay of game penalty or other penalty, or a first down run for a 2 or 3 yard loss and then we take a FG? The first and goal inside the 5 on the series where Hall was concussed is just the latest example of this. I don’t understand why it appears that KOC has not taken any effective steps to address this obvious problem since there has been no real improvement?
