I am more impressed every day with this kids mental makeup but the physical development he will lose is more than a bump in the road. I have zero doubt that between the ears this guy is rare, I just wanted the other side of the equation to be in play.
The only minor surgery is the one someone else has. There was maybe a 60/40-40/60 chance that he’d be a success. That’s life taking a qb in round 1. Now he has to overcome season ending surgery, too.
Hopefully it works out, but the road just got steeper.
