This reminds me of a fascinating video I watched on YouTube this summer about the physics of the parabola and how footballs travel the arc with the wobble. I think it was Tom Brady doing the demonstrations. If anyone is interested I can look for the link. It was really nerdy but absolutely fascinating.
The closest I can come to personal experience with this article is from playing volleyball. The way you serve and spike and how you control the ball using our motion, touch, and how you spin the ball will place it as well as impact how bounces and lands.
I'm excited about JJ's potential and am really looking forward to this season. However, this article (great interview, BTW, Matthew!) makes me more than a little concerned that a QB of his pedigree made it to the Vikings without a personal or team QB coach having developed his ability to throw anything but a fastball. Or maybe I should be impressed that he's gotten to this point without it!

Fascinating stuff Matthew!
I’d love to see that! Send me a link if you find it.

“There is an art to it,” Warner said.
There’s also an art to great sports journalism, as we see here.
Firm but soft! It’s the best of both worlds!
