Do we really give McD and Staley credit for having Allen* and Herbert? The Bolts just beat the Brownies, but gave up 42 points in the process. . .Even if those HCs do get the credit, from an organizational perspective does that outweigh the risk of having a turnstile at OC because they keep leaving for HC jobs?
*Allen is such an all-time anomaly in the incredible increase in his completion %, maybe Bills coaches deserve some credit, too, but I've seen nothing suggesting McD had anything to do with it.
Oh I definitely give McDermott a ton of credit. First, his defenses have been good without a ton of outrageous talent or ton of investment and he’s the one who brought the OC Daboll there to push their offense to the next level. Did you see their defensive gameplan against KC? They’ve been smart against Mahomes every time they’ve faced him. Allen also isn’t Allen unless they put that trust in him, that comes from the HC
Brilliant (and true line) >Basically everything opposite of Urban Meyer. Talk about a sh@t show there
Oh boy, hopefully Kene is not another often injured RB.. I guess that's why you run with 3.
A lot of good points, Matthew.
