Great article, thanks. Lumberjacks is a cool team name :-) I enjoy the fact that you run your own show, making a mention on a podcast then taking the time to do a longer form written piece on an interesting player or topic because you choose to, giving more detail, including working in expert opinion from sources one may not be familiar with. Sharing your work in multiple formats.
College football has a repugnant history of everyone but the actual players having freedom of movement and making a lot of money--which includes football and basketball players funding e.g. the rowing, golf and water polo teams. One needn't squint to see a much less wealthy demographic paying the freight for a much more wealthy one.
So, it's great that Demmings is happy with his choices, hopefully he has a solid pro career. An optimist would note that Rick Sherman was taken in the 5th, and Al Harris in the 6th. But, if we accept the premise that leaving money on the table to stay at SFA shows character, the underlying implication is that someone who moves around to maximize their earnings lacks character. Hard pass.

Definitely one to keep on eye during OTAs and training camp. Great article!
People’s stories makes sports interesting.
Wow, hard not to root for this guy. Great article. Hope he makes it!

Teams never have enough CB's. Hopefully Demmings works out to be a star.
